Mindfulness Series

In a world so driven by technology and the pressure to always be busy, we often need reminding to slow down and just ‘be.’  In this class we explore, discuss, share, and practice ways we can be more mindful in our lives.  The aim is to introduce new ways of being through deep listening, meditation, creative exercises, breathwork, and more!
