About Heather

I’ve always been more in touch with my spiritual side. As a teen, when dealing with stress and chaos, I found comfort amongst the trees and waterways. I’d find quiet places to sit and be with nature. I prayed and practiced gratitude without truly knowing the great impact it was having on my life.

In my 20’s I went through a partying phase, escaping the traumas and grief I didn’t know how to cope with. I was always internally seeking something more, a better way. When I became pregnant with my daughter in 2010, my world opened up. I discovered meditation and started exploring the chakras. Through breath I was able to effectively manage pain and stress. Six weeks after my daughter was born, I began massage school and from there I began my Reiki training in 2011. Reiki changed my life. I found inner peace and stillness. It is a tool I use every single day for myself, my family, my pets and so much more!

Soon after my first Reiki Attunement, I took a Native American-style flute class with Ian Haag of Rainbows of Healing. It wasn’t until 2018, a short five months after my father died, that I would truly discover the healing opportunities within my flute play. In my dark depression, flute was a means of expressing myself and all that I couldn’t find the words for. To this day flute, sound, breath, and nature is where I turn for refuge and peace when things are chaotic and scrambled.

Through these experiences I felt empowered and realized I could help people in more profound ways. It is my goal to empower people to take responsibility for their thoughts and emotions and live in a more connected, heart centered way. In a world with so much darkness, love is answer.

My journey has led me to study, and I have since become a Usui Reiki Master, certified Energy Healing Practitioner, and Certified Sound Practitioner.

“And there’s no organ system in the body that’s not affected by sound, music and vibration. You can look at disease as a form of disharmony.
