Join us for a Winter Meditation Series to unwind, reflect and relax! This 3-part series with take place on January 6th, January 27th, February 17th. We will explore a variety of meditation styles including guided visualization, breathwork and sound with intentions to bring to your center and find peace in stillness.
Bring along a yoga mat, blanket/pillow, eye covering and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Reach out to Heather with any questions.
