Join Julie and Heather for an opportunity to relieve stress and tension and nourish the body, mind, and soul.
Julie will begin with 30 minutes of sun salutations to unwind and decompress from the work week. Then settle into a supported, restful pose and receive the sounds of the evening. Heather will weave a tapestry of sound using singing bowls, flutes, chimes, gong, percussion and voice to gentle guide you to a deep state of relaxation and healing.
No prior experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion, eye pillow and anything else you may need to be as comfortable as possible during the sound journey.
