Join Jammin' Joe in this interactive play time feeling into the rhythms of various types of drums and percussive instruments. We will gather in community to laugh, to play, to share and connect!

Follow this energetic, uplifting play by joining Heather for some time to unwind, relax and sooth the nervous system with various overtone and melodic instruments. Heather will use singing bowls, Native American-style flute, chimes, voice and shakers to entrain the cells and guide participants to states of relaxation.
